What if we have a problem while we are away?
If you have a problem of any kind, please call our office as soon as possible and we will make any adjustments necessary to your booking.
How can we contact you?
All of our contact information is available on our website and on our business cards including telephone numbers and email addresses.
How will we locate our drivers after the flight arrives?
When we take you to the airport, your driver will issue you with a card, clearly stating the name and mobile telephone number of the driver who will be collecting you. After you have cleared baggage reclaim, simply call the driver and he will meet you at the arranged collection area.
Or we can offer a meet and greet service, whereby the driver can meet you in the arrivals area where he will be holding a sign with your name written upon it. He will then escort you and your luggage to your waiting car (car park charges apply).
What will happen if our flight get delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights before we send the driver, so should your flight be changed in any way, we will know, and rest assured there will be a driver waiting for you at no extra cost.
Will i be able to contact the driver
Yes, when the driver takes you to the airport, he will give you one of our business cards clearly stating the name and telephone number of the driver who has been assigned the return journey, so you can contact with him at any time upon your arrival.
How can i pay?
Taxi travel can be paid on the day in cash.
For coach travel a £50 non-refundable deposit will be taken on booking, with the balance due before travel.
